Campaigns let you organize reviewed content and publishing profiles around a schedule. The project includes three distinct modes.
Choose your rhythm
- One-time: a deliberate publication at a selected moment.
- Recurring: a reviewed source with a repeating schedule.
- Evergreen: a reviewed selection that rotates through content over time.
Build a campaign
- Select the campaign mode and eligible public content.
- Choose approved profiles and destinations.
- Set the schedule, timezone, and relevant start or end conditions.
- Review the selection and preview. The current campaign interface provides a five-step draft wizard.
- Use the available guarded activation and lifecycle controls after review.
Time belongs to the site
Scheduling uses a saved timezone and UTC instants. Publishing screens include calendar and time controls appropriate to the site language. Quiet windows, quotas, and approval requirements can affect when work becomes eligible.
WordPress publication comes first
A future post becomes eligible only when WordPress actually publishes it. Social scheduling does not repair an overdue WordPress post or force core publication. Verify both WP-Cron and the social queue runner.
A completed campaign reservation does not mean remote delivery succeeded. Follow the specific publication through the outbox and provider result.
