Create a publishing profile
A profile combines destinations, a default template and publishing behavior. Choose active destinations, set the template and optional network/destination overrides, review media, timing, links and approval, then save, activate and preview. Inherit defaults unless a deliberate override is needed. A lower priority number takes precedence; overlapping destinations do not inherently require duplicate messages.
Route content with rules
Choose an event, conditions, output profile, priority and whether later rules should stop after a match. Preview routing before activation. All conditions must match in an all-conditions group; one is enough in an any-condition group. A changed-value condition needs a real old/new difference. Author is not necessarily the user who last edited the post.
Publish from the editor
Choose Automatic, Manual Only or Do Not Send. Review profiles and effective destinations, optionally exclude a destination for this post, set text/media/timing, save and preview. Unsaved edits may not appear in the preview. Do Not Send should prevent rule-based publishing. Selecting a profile or saving a post does not itself mean a message was sent.
Automation also requires event capture, an operational queue and automatic destination permission. A future post must become public before social sending. Changes to profiles normally affect future messages; already prepared queue payloads are not automatically rewritten.
