If nothing sends, check in order
- Valid purchase license and host requirements.
- Saved, genuinely public source content.
- Enabled content type and event capture at publication time.
- No Do Not Send or Manual Only choice conflicting with automation.
- A matching profile, rule or allowed default route.
- Active connection/destination/profile and permission for the intended send type.
- Whether a queue row exists. If absent inspect routing; if present inspect its state, deadline, approval, quota and pause.
Use the error to narrow the cause
AUTHENTICATION_ERROR concerns credentials/session; PERMISSION_DENIED requires separate WordPress and destination access checks; INVALID_DESTINATION concerns destination type/address. NOT_VERIFIABLE_WITHOUT_SEND requires an explicit verification send following that network's guide.
MEDIA_TOO_LARGE and UNSUPPORTED_MEDIA concern actual media type/size. UNSUPPORTED_OPERATION is not fixed by forcing an unavailable feature. Respect RATE_LIMITED timing. For DELIVERY_UNKNOWN, check the real destination before resending. Inspect scheduling for QUEUE_UNAVAILABLE. Refresh stale forms for VERSION_CONFLICT; do not create duplicate records. For TRANSPORT_UNSUPPORTED, ask the host to check secure transport rather than disabling certificate verification.
Common questions
WooCommerce is not required for normal posts. Telegram and Rubino are not supported networks. Preview does not send; a test send does. Ending the tour does not enable automation or replay old posts. Editing a template does not rewrite an existing prepared message. Rial/toman conversion is separate from a display label. Remote deletion is capability- and permission-dependent.
