Sending, permissions, media, timing, retention and network administrator policies.

Capture, queue and per-item activation differ

Event capture records new eligible content events; it does not replay the archive. Sending pause stops ready work. Individual connection, destination, profile, rule and campaign activation applies only to that item. Manual, test and automatic destination permissions are separate.

The complete settings chapter covers content types, routing, conditions, exclusions, role access, approval validity, text and hashtag formatting, media conversion, supported buttons/replies, schedules, quotas, safe retries, edits/deletion, product events, campaign rotation, link tracking, notifications and retention. Global choices cannot grant an unsupported network operation. Changes normally affect future plans; prepared queue content needs its own reviewed action.

Check whether you are in a site's dashboard or network administration. Each site's connections, destinations, settings and queue have their own scope. Network administrators can lock options, restrict networks or set limits; changing a user role does not necessarily remove a network policy. A network setting does not extend a purchase license to every site. Diagnose the affected site rather than resetting the entire network.
